Health Promotion
Undergraduate Minor: Health Promotion (HPR)
This 18-credit minor is available to all Mason undergraduate students, with the exception of those enrolled in the BS in Health, Fitness, and Recreation Resources degree program pursuing the Concentration in Health Promotion. Eight credits must be unique to the minor.

- HEAL 110: Personal Health (3 credit hours)
- HEAL 230: Introduction to Health Behavior (3 credit hours)
- HEAL 372: Health Communication (3 credit hours)

- HEAL 205: Principles of Accident Causation and Prevention (4 credit hours)
- HEAL 220: Dimensions of Mental Health (3 credit hours)
- HEAL 310: Drugs and Health (3 credit hours)
- HEAL 325: Health Aspects of Human Sexuality (3 credit hours)
- HEAL 327: Women's Health (3 credit hours)
- HEAL 331: Men's Health (3 credit hours)
- HEAL 351: Relationship Health (3 credit hours)
