Not accepting new applicants to this minor

This minor is available to all Mason students. There must be eight unique credits to earn a minor that are not already dedicated toward degree requirements, according to University policy.

Requirements

16 Credits (8 unique to the minor):

• PHED 300 - Kinesiology (3 credits; prerequisites: BIOL 124 and 125)
• PHED 364 - Strength Training: Concepts and Applications (3 credits)
• PHED 365 - Measurement and Evaluation of Physical Fitness (3 credits)
• PHED 450 - Physiology of Exercise (4 credits)
• HEAL 330 - Nutrition (3 credits)
