The School of Recreation, Health, and Tourism (SRHT) offers exciting, career-ready majors in dynamic fields such as athletic training, tourism and events management, health and physical education, kinesiology, sport management, and recreation management. SRHT features renowned faculty, cutting-edge research, six laboratories and centers, and a diverse student body of more than 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students each year. Each major requires one or more internship or clinical experiences, ensuring that students graduate not just with a transcript but with a resume that demonstrates their professional aptitude and skills.

The School of Recreation, Health, and Tourism (SRHT) is the right place to find a diverse group of outstanding students and professionals working with a team of dedicated, internationally renowned, and friendly scholars and educators.

With a shared goal of enhancing the quality of life through healthy and abundant living, students, faculty, and community partners increase understanding and expand skills and professional practices in the classroom, the field, and other centers of learning. SRHT contains two divisions Health and Human Performance, and Sport, Recreation, and Tourism and many of our programs have received national recognition and are accredited. Our office is located on the Science and Technology campus in Prince William, Bull Run Hall Suite 220.
